6 Crushing Plants A daily output no competitor in the region can match.
Crushed. Tested. Delivered.
Rock quarrying & feeding
Hard basalt rock is quarried and fed into the primary jaw crusher via vibrating feeder hoppers. Rock size: up to 900mm input.
Primary crushing — jaw crusher
The jaw crusher reduces rock to 100–150mm pieces. Output feeds via conveyor to the secondary stage for further reduction.
Secondary crushing — cone crusher
Cone crushers reduce material to 20–40mm aggregate. High-speed impact ensures angular particles with good shape index and interlocking properties.
Screening & grading
Multi-deck vibrating screens separate material into precise grades: 40mm, 20mm, 10mm, 6mm stone, M-Sand and P-Sand. Each grade is stockpiled separately.
Quality testing
Each grade is tested for gradation (IS 383), moisture content, silt percentage, crushing value (IS 2386) and flakiness index before dispatch clearance.
Loading & dispatch
Cleared material is loaded onto your vehicle or our fleet of 200+ trucks and dispatched directly to your project site within the 300 km delivery radius.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our community initiatives.
What is the minimum order quantity for stone metal or M-Sand?
We supply from a minimum of 1 truck load (approximately 10–12 tonnes) up to bulk project orders of thousands of tonnes. There is no upper limit — our 6 plants can handle large continuous supply contracts without interruption.
Do you supply material compliant for PWD and government road projects?
Yes. All our GSB, WMM and stone metal grades are produced to MORTH specifications (Table 400-1) and tested to IS standards. We have supplied to PWD, PMGSY and CMGSY projects across Maharashtra and can provide test certificates on request.
How far do you deliver, and do you arrange transport?
We deliver within a 300 km radius of our plants in Yavatmal. We have our own fleet of 200+ vehicles for material transport. We can supply ex-plant (you arrange transport) or delivered to your project site — both options available.
Is M-Sand a good substitute for river sand in concrete?
Yes — and often better. Our Zone II M-Sand has consistent gradation, zero organic matter, and silt content below 2% — which river sand rarely guarantees. It produces higher-strength concrete and is fully approved under IS 383:2016. Most government projects now prefer or mandate M-Sand use.
Can you provide material test reports and quality certificates?
Yes. We issue standard test reports covering gradation analysis, silt content, crushing value and flakiness index for each material grade. These are accepted by PWD and other government bodies for project billing and quality compliance records.
What are your payment terms?
We work with flexible payment arrangements suited to project requirements — including advance, running bill, and government payment cycles. Contact us directly to discuss terms for your project size and duration.
