From Tender to Final Surface
Tender evaluation and bid preparation
We review the tender documents, assess the scope against our plant capacity and fleet availability, and prepare a competitive bid with pre-approved material sources and realistic timelines already built in.
Mobilisation and site setup
Equipment, material stockpiles, and site office are mobilised to the project location. Aggregate supply from our nearest crushing plant begins immediately.
Earthwork and sub-grade preparation
Cutting, filling, and compaction of the road formation level. Sub-grade is tested for CBR value before any granular layer goes on top.
Granular layers -- GSB and WBM
Granular Sub-Base and Water Bound Macadam layers are laid and compacted to MoRTH specifications using our own crushed stone.
Surface course -- bituminous or concrete
DBM, SDBC, or PQC depending on the project specification. Bituminous work follows Marshall mix design; concrete pavement uses our own IS 383 M-Sand and IS 2386 Stone Metal.
Quality documentation and handover
Complete test records, layer completion certificates, material source documentation, and as-built drawings are compiled and submitted.

Which government road schemes are you registered for?
We are registered with PWD Maharashtra, PMGSY, CMGSY, and have supplied material to NHAI highway projects. Our registrations cover road construction, aggregate supply, and equipment deployment across the Vidarbha region.
Do you supply your own aggregate for road projects?
Yes. All aggregate used on our road projects comes from our own 6 crushing plants with a combined output of 1150 TPH. Stone Metal, GSB material, WBM aggregate, and M-Sand for PQC work are all produced in-house and certified to IS 383 and IS 2386 standards.
What quality testing do you perform on road layers?
Every layer is tested before the next goes on top. Sub-grade gets CBR testing, GSB and WBM get Proctor density and gradation checks, and bituminous layers get Marshall stability testing. PQC concrete is cube-tested at every pour. All test reports are maintained for NQM and IQM inspections.
