Land acquisition and title verification

We acquire land directly, verify the full title chain through a legal team, and obtain all necessary permissions including NA order, layout approval, and environmental clearances where required.

Layout planning and approval

Our planners design the layout with internal roads, open spaces, drainage, and utility routing. The plan is submitted to the local planning authority for formal approval before any ground work begins.

Infrastructure development

Internal roads are built to the same specification we use on government road projects, crushed stone sub-base, compacted WBM, and finished surface. Drainage, water lines, and electrical conduits are laid before plots are marked.

Construction (for built properties)

For housing and commercial projects, our in-house team handles the full build. IS 383 M-Sand, IS 2386 stone metal, steel from verified mills, all traceable. Each pour is cube-tested before proceeding to the next stage.

Quality inspection and finishing

Structural inspection at every stage, plaster check, electrical and plumbing testing, waterproofing verification. The same inspection rigour that a PWD engineer would bring to a government project gets applied here.

Documentation and handover

Registered sale deed, approved layout plan, completion certificate (for built properties), and all utility connection documents are handed over together. Nothing pending, nothing verbal.

Every plot we sell has a title chain verified by our legal team, with a clear NA order where applicable. The sale deed is registered, and all encumbrance certificates are provided to the buyer before payment.

What construction materials do you use in your housing projects?

We use our own IS 383 certified M-Sand and IS 2386 Stone Metal from our 6 crushing plants. Steel is sourced from verified mills with test certificates. Concrete is cube-tested at every stage.
